What's meant by "live" and "on-demand"?
All courses include pre-recorded videos. They were originally accompanied by live Q&A, which was also recorded. You have access to all these recordings on demand. However, when courses are run again live, there are also new Q&As on Zoom, which you can join.
What happens if I missed the live discussions?
Not to worry! You can also ask questions at any time – plus interact with others – via an online community. And there's an option at the checkout to add one-to-one sessions.
Does the course include assignments?
Each module has an optional quiz to test your understanding. No one sees your results.
What level of knowledge is required?
See each course for more details – they're accessible, while providing insightful details.
How long will I have access to materials?
There's no time limit. You can also download audio recordings of all sessions.
Do yoga teachers get accreditation?
All students who finish each course will receive a certificate for 12 hours of study. Teachers registered with Yoga Alliance can log these as continuing education with a YACEP.
